Last year during this time google have launched their 3rd attempt and offered small businesses an easy way for building website. If you are using that then you can see your google post from your google my business account their by default.
You can see the screenshot of tool below where google is showing updates in the middle position.
This builder is not used by many but many might be using google post feature.
