Yes it’s time for spammers to get worried. Google has a new update that is specially focused to target sites with link spam and unnatural backlinks. Link build through link farming, paid links, pbn etc will get targeted.
Discussion about this topic is on a heat on big black forums. The important is this update can be a manual action or its a algo update or it can be both, it is little hard to tell such early.
